Possible Output of the Machine Learning Model

Drillers mining parameter

The ML model would focus on automating some if not most of the driller's functions performed to achieve timely drill bit composition.

Functions - the abovementioned function is the manual setting of the following mining parameter.

Gravel -is the material extracted from the sea flow and pumped up onto the vessel for further processing.

Mining airflow:

we need to take note that if the air pressure is too low, it will not be able to lift the gravel. Similarly, it's too high it will result in an overflow of gravel.

one needs to achieve a correct range else the incorrect values will cause blockages.

     air pressure

The ideal air pressure should be within 7 to 10 bars, and it is mostly prepared at 8 bars.

     airflow

The airflow ranges from 200 - 2600, but the prepared air flow is at 2200 (need to reconfirm these              values with the conclusion on the relationship of the two)

Rotation Speed or RPM:

The Actual values for the RPM configuration should be between 1-4 rotations per minute, and 0 rotations when the tool is picked up.

The choice of the number of rotations depends on the lithology or gravel type in the current mining block or hole.  for more on this see the impact Geology on the mining rate.

Weight on bit

The weight on the bit is the amount of tonnage added to the tool to avoid a floating tool.
Take note that the more tonnage the more likely it is to break the string, while the lesser the tonnage the more likely it is to float.

Jet Water Pressure

The jet water is used to loosen up the gravel, 8 to 10 bars are usually used.

Torque

Torque is the ease of drilling

If the is resistance we get high torque, while with less resistance we get a torque value.

Other parameter values to consider.

While drilling the sea floor is not flat and the drill bit will be compromised if one is mining at an angle of more the 6 degrees of elevation.
